The Webway

Perhaps the most outlandish of planes, mastered only by the Elidyr, the webway is a sort of web of tunnels, called subways, and nodes called subrealms. Those that can succesfully navigate this strange and tangled plane, are able to traverse parsecs in seconds from the perspective of the material realm.
