Null Fields

A Null Field is a  of space whichs restricts or completely blocks the flow of Caloric, generated by a very advanced hybrid device (who's construction is a closely guarded secret, pattented by Soulspace Industries) and projected by a Bubble generator. Inside a Null Field, magical effects are severly inhibited. Sufficient power to a generator may even prevent magic from functioning at all, but those inside will feel a deep discomfort, as though their very souls are being affected...
