Julian Kacper Otorezu

Born the third child to a dirt-poor family on the outskirts of the eastern Vexian, Julian Otorezu had a life of violence and misery set out for him. That is, if it were not for his work ethic. Julian's parents managed to scrape together enough to get their children an education, and Julian went above and beyond to make sure he got the most of it. Seeing his stellar results, he was offered a scholarship to Kihregeza's university of economics, from which he graduated cum laude. After that small feat, his real work began; The Otorezu Bank. Starting from nothing but a small loan and his own wits, Julian went back to his homeworld and started what is now one of the most important banks in the galaxy; trusted by many to keep their finances safe and growing. Otorezu is a story the Vexian government will likely never stop telling. A poor man that started from nothing and worked his metaphorical rear off to make it big. This leads some to believe Julian Kacper Otorezu might have never existed, and is just a front for said goverment to seize power on a galactic stage...
