The Tower

Once The God Hand event occurred and the Penta Caelum was created, they needed a symbol of their reign. Since they each had their own territories to look after, study, and grow, each Wizard's domain didn't seem to send the right message to represent one unified governing power.   While branding may not be a wizard's strong suit, intelligence is. They had no intention of relinquishing this new era and decided that while it was easy enough to communicate remotely, gathering periodically to discuss events, plans, strategies, and general law would be the best course of action.   In the center of Creatos, there was a wizard's tower that used to belong to one of the first king's advisors. It was more of a relic than a functioning building, but it was exactly what they were looking for. In short order the old structure was brought back to its former glory and then some.   The grey field stone was transmuted to a rich ivory and the shale shingles a sapphire blue. The stone pattern was changed so that a dragon, born from hands wielding arcana, wrapped itself around the tower as it spiraled up to the magnificent stained glass windows that perched upon the first viewable floor, some 80 feet above the ground.   The ground entrance was simple, but guarded by a sturdy iron door and no windows. Once inside, the exposed stone stairs spiraled up with no railing or walls until the met another sturdy door that led to the first room, the main antechamber. Invited guests, ambassadors, and guards convened here while they waited for their invitation to enter the main chamber, the sanctum. The sanctum was an open room in the middle of the structure with no windows. Its only natural sources of light were long tunnel-like windows to the top of the structure, with each end covered with a semi-sphere of glass, which would bend the light around the room. Behind the sanctum was the teleportation circle. This is where the wizards could arrive safely when traveling from their regions.   The Penta Caelum meet here semi-annually to discuss the state of Creatos and what policies are working or need changing. They would also convene in the event of an urgent issue or if there were important visiting ambassadors from neighboring nations.   The tower became a symbol and had since become the centerpiece of the Creatos flag.
