Dragon-Blooded (Terrestrial Exaltation)

The Dragon-Blooded, or Terrestrial Exalted, are the most numerous of all Exalts.
Unlike the Celestial Exalts (Solars, Lunars, and Sidereals) who have a limited number, the Dragon-Blooded can reproduce with each other or with mortals. The children of these unions have a chance of Exalting sometime during puberty - the purer the blood, the greater the chance of Exaltation.

History

The Dragon Blooded were created by the Gods as foot-soldiers in the war against the Primordials; since that time, they have served primarily as soldiers and servants, aiding the more powerful Celestial Exalted by forming the bulk of the armies of the First Age.

Aspects

The Terrestrial Exaltation has 5 different elemental aspects, each of which lends itself to certain skills and personalities.

• Air: Logic and intellect

• Earth: Stability, endurance

• Fire: Athletics and social pursuits

• Water: Organisation and investigation

• Wood: Medicine and cultivation

Anima

The anima of a Dragon-Blood is determined by their Aspect. A Fire Aspect exerting themselves may erupt into a conflagration, an Air Aspect would cause winds and crackles of electricity in the air, and a Wood Aspect might cause phantom leaves or thorns.
Weaker manifestations are of little concern, frequently contained light shows suitable to the Terrestrial's Aspect. At greater manifestation, the anima banner causes damage to people and objects in the vicinity.
