The Vault Of Secrets

The Vault of Secrets is a building in the Kingdom Of Ishi's capital city of Ishi, and it is the place where every secret in existence is kept. Something is secret in so far as it exists in The Vault of Secrets.

The Vault of Secrets was built by The Hedon Gambler Saint-King Yal'lre, who invented secrets as a way to outmaneuver the much more powerful elfin empire known as Great Ummu, in order to trick their leader and gain independence.

While it is speculated that the Kingdom of Ishi uses the vault as a way to gain intelligence on their enemies, it is a known fact that if the vault was something someone could simply access at any time, nothing inside of it would be secret, and consequentially there would be no utility to doing so in the first place.
