The Hedon Gambler Saint-King Yal'lre is the mythical founder of the Kingdom Of Ishi. Not much about him is known outside of legend, but it is likely that orchestrated independence for the lords of Ishi Plateau from Great Ummu, and that he ordered the construction of The Vault Of Secrets, effectively changing the way sentient beings relate forever.
