Cost of the Sun

Earth has changed. A worldwide dictatorship has arrived. A "Council" has been formed that rules over all of humanity, and governs with absolute force. Evil has come out from the shadows and stares the world in the face. The year is 2060 and "The Council" has boldly been moving humanity to work on their plans. Underground cities are being built, massive fortresses controlled by members of the council are being built, from which, these dark and evil humans will try to steer humanity to their bidding.
