Thraxia

Thraxia is located in The Dark, in the Dark Peak Mountains. Thraxia is mostly a subterranean country inside mountains occasionally having a few settlements for outposts and lookouts. Thraxia began as a mountain elven settlement, but something happened to those elves over time. These elves changed in The Dark and are very different from the northern counterparts now. They are called the Hive Elves. The Hive Elves founded Thraxia, the Queen is their ruler who is mother to every single elf in the country. They all seem to have a psychic connection with each other and can plan attacks and coordinate together in their heads. It is not extremely clear how this works and it is known that it is not literal telepathy, but they all somehow can communicate with every other Hive Elf.
Thraxia is mostly a war nation. They battle the beasts of The Dark and fight with Braveholm to control the entire Dark Peak range. The fish in the mountains and have some strange subterranean livestock they tend to. They are master magic users and beautiful architects, they have crafted amazing cities within the mountains. Marriage does not exist in their society and the idea of leisure is not really a thing. Not much else is known about them, they are not inherently evil, they just work for themselves and do whatever it takes to benefit themselves.

Culture

Thraxia's culture is complete unity within cities and as a country. A city is like a giant family unit, since everyone is related in Thraxia because the queen is their mother, there is a strong bond between all the Hive Elves. What the Hive Elves do is never truly for leisure it seems, it is all some form of work or what the queen is commanding at the time. The Hive Elves in Thraxia enjoy farming their livestock, fishing, training for battle, enjoying a meal with the town, and exploring the cave systems in the Dark Peak Mountains.

Public Agenda

Thraxia wants to control all of The Dark Peak Mountains, and possibly even breach out of the Dark itself and create a mass empire in southern Galan. Thraxia looks at other races as lesser and unintelligent due to not having a psychic connection as they do.
