Rislea

Rislea was one of the first civilizations on Galan. It began as one nation combining Babyl and Rislea, but the two nations have been in a civil war for decades. Rislea is a theocratic monarchy. There King has power, but not as much as their High Priests. Some dynasties have combined the two, but they always believe their God, Truth, wants the ruler of their Religion and their country to be checking and balancing each other. Rislea farms and fishes, with simple artisan work unique to the region. The people value festivals and holidays greatly with their religion. They sacrifice much of their crops and livestock to their Diety. They mostly keep to themselves on have little diplomacy with other nations. The Glass Empire has a minor relationship with them sometimes working with the nation to study The Dark together.
The Dark borders the country's southern capital Resajulem. Holy Crusader Order formed around their culture of hunting giant monsters in The Dark. These Ornamented Knights devote their lives to certain ideals, align with a color of a chapter of a holy order, and live for the glory of their God. These Holy Crusader Order have survived thousands of years, while some appear and die off, they are all centered around combat and bravery of The Dark or Babyl.

Rislea's culture is focused all-around their religion. Each meal is dedicated to their god, and every battle is fought for him. Due to their deeply religious practices, entertainment is very low in this country, alcohol is forbidden, dances are shameful, and festivals are only during celebrations of their religion. The people here though fight with honor and piety for their god.

Public Agenda

Rislea's main goal is to keep Babyl from invading them from the north and to control the monsters of The Dark from invading them from the south. Other than that they just want to worship their god.

Dark Knights The Dark Knights believe in Honor, Order, and Determination The Dark Knights adventure into The Dark, hunting monster (mainly giant insects) and defending the realm from beasts crawling out of The Dark Leader: General Ehud

Light Knights The Light Knights believe in Chivalry, Preparedness, and Patience The Light Knights stick to the light side of the Realm and mainly defend the capital and join conflicts in the civil war Leader: General Eliza (Female)
