After disguising himself with a cloak he found in a camp of refugees living in the City of Ruins. He descended to another village with a big market and taverns. He went to one and meet a girl, also in a cloak. She sat in front of him. She surprised him when she stated that he was an android and talked a lot of facts about him. Akihito couldn't help but ask more about him.
The lady told him how complex his structure was, and that he was made out of two technologies: one invented by her people, and a stoled version of it that was modified by the
Authority Corps H.Q..
The boy wanted to know more about it but staying in the same place for a long time was not good for any of them, so they decided to meet in a particular street at a certain time. The girl, named Flavia, disappeared too.
