She lives in Pedes. Flavia will help Akihito to go through his journey.

She is the twin sister of the Sanctus Dominus, Augusta.
Because her sister was chosen to be a goddess, to Flavia it was given the choice to be either a guardian or a sacrifice. She chose to be a sacrifice because being a guardian would mean being stuck with her sister and living for her instead of herself. Flavia wanted to explore the tower and maybe the outside of it. However, she would be living with the constant warning of her life being over if Augusta died.
To Flavia, this wasn't a problem, because Augusta was a goddess, therefore being kept 24/7 guarded and protected.
