The Old Brewery

A run-down but sturdy stone building that takes up its own block. It has sat vacant for nearly 20 years at this point, home to only vermin and occasional squatters. Once a thriving hub for Guild activity, it was gradually abandoned once Southriver Hideout was completed as the new hideout was viewed as a more secure location. Tentative plans in recent years have been proposed to refurbish the building and use it again, but the cost of doing so has thus far discouraged any plans actually being carried out.
