Ruarthia Amastacia (a.k.a. Tia)
Ruarthia is a young Star Elf who prefers to hide her intellect behind superflous air-headed mannerisms. She is not used to being around so many different races of people and finds their different attitudes and rationales to be confusing - so she defaults to trying to push as many buttons as possible when meeting someone to see what their boundaries and what makes them tick.
Background
The Amastacia family were known for being Bladesingers, Ruarthia's mother following the way of the scimitar while her father mastered the rapier. Ruarthia took to the rapier and her twin sister Kaliira chose the scimitar, the two wanting to compliment the other should they be in a fight back to back. Ruarthia definitely found the training to be bothersome and usually spent more time flirting with other students than she did on practicing the blade. This led to her parents taking the sisters on a special training camp to try and instil some patience into Ruarthia. It was as they were partway to their secluded camp that the group of four were ambushed by the evil denzens of their realm and, in an effort to save their children, the parents pushed the twins into a planar shift portal. Ruarthia doesn't know what happened to her parents or to her sister - for unknown reasons the spell separated the two and now she travels the lands, trying to cope with knowing she has lost her other half and desperately trying to find her again.Social Quirks
Personal space is apparently, a thing. It seems to be different for every person though, so what is acceptable for one isn't acceptable for another. How is one meant to keep track of such things? I prefer to hide my intelligence - it is sometimes interesting to see who will take advantage of me while I act unassuming. I am good at piecing together bits of information but sometimes the act of figuring out what a person is saying vs what they mean eludes me.Personality Characteristics

Ruarthia is trying to find out what happened to my sister, Kaliira. She will travel across this whole damn continent if need be to find her again.

Likes. The people in this realm are certainly more diverse than those back on Terra. It is interesting to see so many different mannerisms and cultures. - Ruarthia
