History: The Brightstone System has been lightly settled since the Tutha settled the Dragon’s Head Nebula. After the Fabian Withdrawal from Drala is became part of one of the Fabian Tutha Kingdom’s which rose up in Drala but remained a lightly settled backwater.
After the arrival of the Old Blood Furse, the star system became heavily settled, and the two ring worlds of Sargos, and Kesgrave were built by Clan Brightstone who took control of the Star System.
In 9,035 ASU the Brightstone Star System falls to the Great Savage Host, who use it as a base of operations against the Kingdom of Warwick as they gather fresh supplies, repair their forces, and rest of non stop fighting, and raids. A year later the King of Warwick, XXXXX Redmane Aegis sends a request for help from King Mildred. Within the same here King Mildred Gisking, and her brother Crown Prince Osgar Gisking, later to be known as King Osgar ‘The Great’ Gisking arrive in the Brightstone Star System with a large force, and besiege the system. After an attempt to take the star system, the King of Warwic agrees to pay off the Great Savage Host, who withdraw from the starship back to the Bloom Sector.
Although the star system would once again fall to the Furse, it would later be recaptured by King Wulfrun ‘The Elder’ Gisking in 9,136, who would also later in the same year reinforce the Star Fortress of Vadamee. She would also reinforce the system with orbital defenses in 9,040 ASU to prevent the Furse from recapturing the Star System. Although it was reinforced for a third time in 9,048 ASU to prevent attack from the Furse, it would be recaptured by the Furse in the same year.
In 9,182 ASU King Tara ‘I’ Gisking recaptured the Star System from the Furse.
In 9,434 ASU a new Star Fortress is built by the new System-lord of Brightstone.
