This was my introduction to the city of capital on the opening night of my restaurant Spindalas el Casa. When my Grandmama would make me cut up the Spider legs for dinner I had no idea this is where it would land me, I'm sure if she could see me now she would be very proud. Inside this book are some of her best recipes, and a few that I have created myself since coming to Capital.
