The Cat's Eye

A particularly valuable gem that was stolen from Skalan. The last known assignment of officer Rzatko of the SPPA, a friend of Mshen's, was to find the gem. When the investigation started leading back to fellow SPPA officers, he was killed in a suspicious gang shootout. The investigation was later closed by Siel.
