Tomua ("Too-Mow-Ah")

Summary

The Tomua people - also known as the Precursor Druids of Dyrecinder - disappeared many millennia ago. There seems to be little sign of what caused them to disappear into oblivion. They did, however, leave many ruins and structures behind. In fact, the majority of Dyrecinder's infrastructure and settlements are built upon what came before.

In Literature

Many bards have attempted to retell the fall of the Tomuan Empire. The White Duke composed an eight part ballad entitled Is There Life on Cinder? According to Tattermere, the Gnomish Philosopher, the Empire was destroyed by the gods due to their vanity and agnostic ways. According to him, the entire western side of Austyria was swallowed up by the sea, only to be spat out devoid of life.
