It is said that Storm was blessed by Calliope upon her birth. Even her infantile cries charmed the creatures and denizens of Avalore. As she grew, so did her musical abilities. She soon became a bard of wide repute, founding a bard school, writing many classics, and chronicling great events from Chardovia's history. Ever the drifter, you can be sure that Storm is somewhere near the action - voice or no voice.

Failures & Embarrassments
Storm was once challenged to a singing contest that was to glorify Calliope. However, she was deceived for it was Phobetora who set the terms. While the details of the contest have been lost to the winds of time, it is known that it was unfairly stacked against Storm. Having lost, she had to forfeit her voice forever.
