To uphold the highest ideals of Justice and Honor. Furthermore, the faithful of Bahamut must always be vigilant of evil and evil-doers. Unlike similar faiths (e.g. Pelor), Bahamut prohibits zealous intolerance or persecution. Instead, the faithful are urged to be patient and respectful of others, despite their beliefs.

Special abilities
Bahamut has been known to take humanoid form (usually that of a hermit accompanied by seven golden birds). He only appears to mortals if Tiamat is involved in some way.

Personal history
By most accounts, Bahamut and his sister, Tiamat, were the first dragons. They were primordial forces that predate the First Gods themselves and were said to have once been a single entity. Bahamut and Tiamat are the two extremes of the multiverse, being good and evil respectively. They have engaged in destructive conflict many times - causing era defining cataclysms in the process.
