Uskburst

Uskburst is a constellation that is only visible in the northern hemisphere. The constellation is has a cluster of five stars close together making it look bigger then the individual stars around. Around the central cluster of five stars six lines of stars radiate out. Making it seem as if the five stars are bursting out. There are a few more stars but they are very dim and can only be seen on the darkest nights. The position of where this constellation is in relation to the horizon is how the people of Efren and Nucrana use it. The people of Efren and Nucrana use this constellation to tell the time of the year. The farmers use it to determine the best time to plant different plants. With some plants the farmers also rely on the Uskburst to tell when to harvest. The Aeqular religion, Laluto, on Efren are well known in their use the constellation to know when to hold their religious ceremonies, along with performing sacred rituals. All of their timing are based off the Uskburst. There are priest and priestess from other religions on both Efren and Nucrana that use the constellation to help tell couples the best times for having children, getting married, holding celebrations and such.   The name of this constellation comes from the popular belief of what happened to the Uskaranas. The legend is that the blast that killed most of the Uskaranas and broke apart the continent, creating Efren and Nucrana. Was so big that the stars recorded it. Those that have studied the ruins of the Uskarans say that the Uskburst was also importune to them. In fact they have found a book of star charts in the great library of the Uskarans. It talks in great detail about the Uskburst constellation.
