The Leadership League

The Leadership League is a worldwide organization that connects different schools, programs, and institutions. Every school, program, and institution that is connected through the league is one that specializes in Leadership or governorship. The leadership league’s goal is to assist these different places to bring up the best leaders that they can. They are also there to help those just starting a government or who are having trouble.
This league was started in secret in the kingdom of Zakido on Efren. This league was started before Efren went into isolation. Although it was not known at the time, however, once Efren went into isolation cutting off a few Zakido league members they began to create a bigger network. While Efren was in isolation the Leadership League grew first on Lafliuton helping repair much of the damage from their most recent of wars. From there they moved to Owhua and found the school of Governors which to this day is the best of schools. Lastly, they moved to the continent Nucrana. Sadly though they only really exist in the areas that are run by the Nucrana Republic as the Uska republic dismantles or imprisons any of those that they don’t like.
Finally, when Efren broke their isolation the Leadership league met back up with those in the Zakido kingdom. Since then the Leadership league has continued to grow. They have been responsible for starting and supporting new schools and programs across all continents. The Leadership League has been brought in by concerned towns, villages, and city folk wanting to improve their situations. The Leadership league has been credited with preventing at least one war and is thought to have prevented a few others.
The leadership league holds two gatherings each year to connect with the members. The head of the leadership league is voted in every 20 years and can only be held once. Once they have been the head, they then transition to the council which are the ones that travel and visit the different places. If they feel that they are too old or do not want to travel the members often help in the place they have settled in.
