Sarlet Zaralava

Sarlet Zaralava is a well known city on Owhua’s south east side. Sarlet Zaralava is close to mountains but also to the coast. There are many hot springs located near by. Sarlet Zaralava has become a jumping off point for many wilderness adventures. Sarlet Zaralava is well known as a play town and as having a dual identity. During the day it has many theaters showing many classic and new plays. Many of those theaters also put on workshops for those wanting introductions to the theater. These are all family friendly. Next there are many wonderful cafe and markets to eat at and browse. The city has many museums on different subjects. There are many parks, which have musicians, other performers. Then some very famous spas and places to relax. There is a strict no alcohol during 1 hour before sunrise and 1 hour after sunset. There are many other laws that regulate what can be shown during the day along with just keeping the populace safe. The law enforcement force are out making sure that everything is safe.
Now during the night however is a different story. Night shift of the law enforcement is only there to make sure that things do not get out of hand and to enforce the much more relaxed laws of the night. The theaters that during the day were doing family friendly shows and workshops at night turn into something a little more racy. There are many establishments that sell alcohol and provide entertainment open up. The gambling establishments open. There are also several places that are just known as couples playgrounds. Some of these establishments do both day activities and night activities. Because of this that hour after sunset is set as a dinner time where all those establishments can switch over their staff, and production.
Many of the hotels, and inns provide a children watching service for those couples with children so they can also go out at night. Many take up the offer but most of the time only for one night of their stay.
Despite the reputation as a play town it is also know to be a very safe town.
