Founding

Stickney Base constructed on Phobos.

Stickney Base, a way station for supply missions from the Earth-Moon system, is constructed on Phobos, larger of Mars' two moons. Ares station on Mars is now manned by 51 personnel. The Armstrong Luna Colony now has a population approaching 400. With up to a dozen commercial mining bases scattered across the moon, the total Lunar population is close to 1000.
