The Rogue is the underbelly of Rindu culture; they are the people who struggled to make ends meet in an ever-urbanizing world. They used magic to silence their step and maximize their ability to steal. They form highly organized groups to commit these operations, which have cropped up across Polaris as an ever-growing Rindu population rapidly outpaces the jobs in the Rindu district.
