Athenians

The Athenian is a member of the upper echelons of Kynosean culture who has the power and wealth to influence the entire city. They are the ones who pull the strings in the city, used to a life of gluttonous decadence, where all others in the city are simply stepping stones to more power or servants to provide entertainment.   Athenians are in a constant game of political struggle with one another, whether or not they are actually in politics. They hold decadent balls filled with the best musicians in all the city only to speak to each other in two-tongued language, sharing plans and making ever-shifting alliances. Those who grow up in an Athenian household must adapt to the constant drama of this life, developing a sharp tongue lest they be left behind.
Athenians see this as a good thing, though - They follow in the ways of their gods, who bicker against each other much like the mortals of Prometheus.
