Qualifications

Being born with magic flowing in your veins, although this is hidden from the riders themselves, they think they are chosen by the goddess to help raise the young dragonets. It is believed that the ones chosen are ones born with telepathy to dragon kind. This is not so as the dragons could change anyone they want to have telepathy. They leach the magic of their riders, growing strong.

Career Progression

You are Bonded to a newly hatched dragon, threw this you gain Telepathy, you share this mostly with your dragon, but can talk to all other dragons, and all other riders, you need permission to talk to other riders this way but any dragon will talk to you as that is their only way of communication. You will go to school in the city until your Blossoming- this is when you reach maturity, eg. Have your first period, or your balls start to drop and grow hair this is when your dragon gets their wings and you are tested for what your magic is, and assigned a task to help Draco grow.

History

The first riders were the ones to persuade the dragons to help with the people of the lands surrounding the mountains they lived in by themselves for years before they felt the pull to the magical occupants, the dragon grew 3 times as fast and had more power and control then the unbounded ones and so over the years the eggs could start to sense when one they could join with was at a young age and first starting to draw the magic into themselves. It over the century’s it was forgotten that the dragons used to have no part with the humans, and that the first riders were witches.
