Personal history
Blavius became Lord Mayor, after the death of his father Blavius VIII. His family have ruled Naporia since the events of The Quiet Year. He inherited the throne in his late 20s. He cares little for governance and leaves most of the daily work to his steward, Jon Scottrison. He is young, a bit foolish, and more interested in party and food than the city he is charged to rule.
Sexuality
Blavius often has his steward sending young ladies to his chambers at night. He does not seem in a rush to settle down.
Education
Private Tutors taught Blavius throughout his youth. He told his father he was keeping up his studies as in adult but he was usually sneaking out to the tavern. He is trained in basic combat from the master of arms from the town keep, but would more likely lift the sword to skewer a sausage than a foe.
