Bartleby Serafini was born as the town of Naporia was still rebuilding from the events of The Flash. He helped to build the Communion of the Six Divines church in the town from the remains of the old structure. He devoted himself to the church and to the Communion. He rose through the Clergy, after taking his vows, and now serves as the Bishop of Naporia's Communion Church.
