DiCamillo (dee-kuh-MILL-oh)
Humans are known as a cunning and warmongering race, and none fit this bill more than the DiCamillo ship. The militant family wrested control over Dra Khol during the Age of Annihilation and acts as the island's ruling class to this day. Their family matron rules over the rest of her clan, and the mages and warriors below her swear their lives to the royal family's upbringing. This cruel depotism has pushed even the other human ships away from the family, and the other clans on the island are considered constant threats to the matron DiCamillo.

Ideals
Beauty Ideals
Every DiCamillo is trained from an early age to defend their family, and the sign of a good warrior is extreme physical fitness.
Gender Ideals
The DiCamillo are a matriarchal culture, and women hold much greater ranks and powers than their male counterparts. Some males are able to climb the ladder to an extent, but this typically stops at being a household's weapons master. A male that wishes to escape this is by necessity banished from the family, and wanders the world a strange and feared outcast.
Courtship Ideals
A DiCamillan woman may choose any mate she pleases, as long as he has not been claimed already. Different households of the family participate in elaborate courtship rituals with their males, to strengthen alliances.
Relationship Ideals
Though they may choose their males freely, divorce or separation is strictly taboo in a DiCamillan relationship, so the potential pairing is chosen well and must live well in unison.
