The universal watchtower

Ancient council of the six greatest, the universal watchtower is now used to collect ressources of Cadriza inhabitants. Those ressources goes to the actual council spot to feed the heart of Cadriza.,the inner motor of the world.

Purpose / Function

The tower is an architectural prowess that we still can't understand today. As once as we can remember, the tower was there and was still moving, when the humans firstly tried to take control over it, they failed because none was able to understand the dial. After millenials, someone finally understand how this tower worked and became the first navigator.
The tower rotate around the whole world thanks to the mystical foundations of the building. Thereby, the tower was firstly used by the council to rule all over the world. But after the heart awakening, the council decided to move to the heart spot and find a way to feed it. Thus, the universal watchtower is now used by the council to take the taxs from inhabitants. The rotation of the tower isn't linear, and the navigator dial must be occuped by someone who know how to move it.
Today, ressources like minerals, foods, or even mystical power, are the one that feed the heart most.

Alterations

Since the council left the tower, many storage of everything that can feed the heart has been set. One of the compartiments has been reused to host the navigator.

Architecture

The tower height is 200 meters and her width is around 150 meters. There are 60 stages, and the 10 last are dedicated to the navigator dial and compartiments. The main material of the building is the andaria mineral, which mean that the building was built on Cadriza. When humans encountered this tower, it's said that it was fully covered by vegetals and creatures named "Jelpiku". The presence of "Jelpiku" show that it was a mystical structure, since they nourish themselves with mystic power.
Inside the tower, the stages from level 1 to 50 are all the sames, with pale walls and black ceilings. The way you can access the superior stage whether for supply or to rise in the tower, is by a magical process called "Recursivity Chain".
