Carthak

North of the Sun Gate, Carthak is the only city to house a native population of Rajh Ba’a outside of Damalith. Originally the southernmost holding of the Arcanis Empire, the Rajh Ba’a population was fostered during Ul-Ahmain’s empire and the War of Sovereigns. Today, it stands as a unique city-state comprised of a mixture of northern and southern customs and traditions, ruled by a woman of mixed blood. The city’s southern slums house Meranthis’ largest tiefling population outside of the True Kingdom.
