1. You teleport d100 feet away leaving a wall of fire in your path for one round   2. You cast enlarge on yourself and reduce on the target   3. You cast reduce on yourself and enlarge on the target   4. Your sense of smell becomes unnaturally keen for one minute granting you blindsight to 30 feet and advantage on perception checks dependent on smell   5. A sandstorm develops around you obscuring vision. Works like the fog cloud spell   6. Lightning strikes 3 random creatures within 30 feet for 4d10 lightning damage   7. A plant growth spell affects the area around you and spawns 2d4 twig blights   8.For the next minute, any flammable object you touch that isn't being worn or carried by another creature bursts into flame   9. An owlbear controlled by the DM appears in a space within 5 feet of you, then disappears 1 minute later.   10. For the next minute any attempt to speak becomes impossible to understand animal growls of various species. Spells involving verbal components automatically fail.   11. Thorny protrusions grow from your back causing melee attacks to deal an additional 1d6 piercing damage for one minute   12. You open a temporary portal to one of the 4 elemental planes determined by rolling a d4 (1 is fire, 2 is water, 3 is earth, 4 is air) the portal closes after 1d6 hours   13. You cast mirror image   14. Black tendrils shoot from your body hitting everyone within 30 feet of you dealing 1d10 necrotic damage and restoring health equal to the amount of damage done   15. Roll a d10 your age changes by that number, even you become younger odd you become older   16. You cast greater invisibility on your target   17. You glow with bright light in a 30 foot radius around you for the next minute, any creature that comes within 5 feet of you is blinded until the end of their next turn   18. You exhale a cloud of poison mist from your mouth dealing 3d6 poison damage to all creatures in a 15 foot cone and poisoning creatures that fail a constitution saving throw for one hour.   19. A sapling begins to sprout at your feet. After one turn the sprout becomes a large 10x10 foot mature oak. After two turns the tree uproots itself and becomes a treant under the dms control.   20. Spells ricochet off target to random creature within 30 feet until start of next turn   21. A 300 gp ruby appears in the target's pocket   22. You gain resistance to all damage except psychic for one minute   23. Five illusionary birds and stars circle your head and you are stunned until the start of your next turn   24. The world around you slows to a halt allowing you to take another turn   25.The world around your target slows to a halt allowing them to take another turn   26.You emanate a 40 foot anti magic circle until the start of your next turn   27. Any beasts in immediate area become awakened for one day   30. Hair falls out and becomes replaced with moss and vines until a remove curse or dispel magic is cast   31. Skin becomes bark like increasing AC by 1 for 1 day   32. Acid rain begins to downpour in a 60 foot radius centered on you. Creatures in the area that aren't beneath cover take 2d6 acid damage at the start of their turns.   33.The next piece of metal you touch turns to gold increasing its value by 10x   34. You become afraid of fire for the next day   35. Your weight is doubled halving your movement speed   36.You cast reverse gravity centered on yourself   37. A swarm of insects crawl out of your skin then launch themselves at the target. Take 2d6 piercing damage and cast insect plague on target   38. The ground in a 30 foot radius around you begins to quake , all creatures must make a dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone   39. 1d4 pixies appear within 5 feet of you under DM control   40. Your legs bend backwards you can jump as though the jump spell was cast on you for 1d10 minutes   41. Everybody in a 20 foot radius around you becomes vulnerable to necrotic damage and plants in the area instantly die in your presence for the next minute   42.You are turned into a potted plant until your next turn becoming vulnerable to all damage   43. Polymorph is cast on 6 random targets and lasts for one round. The creature they become is determined by rolling a d6(1:cow, 2:chicken, 3:giant crab, 4:wolf, 5pony, 6:hawk)   44. You cast snilloc's snowball swarm centered on yourself   45. You teleport 30 feet to a point you can see leaving behind a perfect statue of yourself made of wood   46. You cast the contagion spell on the target. Disease is determined at random   47. 1d6 gas spores appear within 5 feet of you controlled by the DM   48. A d100 foot pit opens beneath you   49. You cast silence   50.A loud boom of thunder centers on the druid and every creature within 15 feet must make a DC 14 constitution saving throw or be deafened for one minute, they repeat the save at the end of their turn   51. Your feet become rooted in the ground reducing movement speed to 0 until the end of your next turn   52. Within 100 feet of you the area around you turns to the next season   53. 4d10 mushrooms appear in a circle around you. Roll a d4 to determine the effects of consuming a mushroom (1: healing 1d4 hp per mushroom, 2: poisonous 1d4 poison damage per mushroom, 3: alchemical can be brewed into various potions, 4: hallucinogen causes eater to receive hallucinations)   54. For the next 24 hours, any creature within a 30-foot radius from you, including yourself, that speaks a deliberate lie must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or vomit up a slug, a toad, or a poisonous snake   55. You cast gaseous form on yourself. It does not count as a concentration spell and lasts for one minute. You cannot end the spell voluntarily.   56. The next time you see the moon you will wildshape into a wolf for 1d4 hours with no way to turn back.   57. Your hands become bear claws until a remove curse spell is cast on you. You deal 1d6 slashing damage for unarmed attack and can't equip any equipment in your hands.   58. 1d12 goodberries grow from your hair   59. A fire elemental appears within 30 feet of you under your control until the start of your next turn   60. You cast moonbeam centered on yourself   61. Poison ivy grows around your body. You take 1d6 poison damage every round as do any melee attackers that hit you. The vines wither and die after a minute   62. A swarm of locusts trail behind you for one day. While following the swarm causes disadvantage on persuasion rolls and advantage on intimidation   63. A 3rd level fireball goes off at your feet   64. A flood of water originates from your location and maintains a height of 3 feet creating difficult terrain   65. You cast scrying on any creature with whom you are familiar with on the same plane   66. You cast Evard's black tentacles on your target   67. A feeble mind spell is cast on you lasting for one hour   68. You transform into a stuffed toy resembling yourself for 1 minute, during which time you are considered petrified.   69. Any undead creatures or corpses nearby immediately burst into flowers dealing 5d8 damage to each affected creature. The ones that survive are treated as prone until the flowers are removed or they die. If there are no undead creatures or corpses nearby then a single rose will grow in the Druid’s hair dealing 1d4 damage to whoever picks it   70. Open a portal to the Beastlands for 1d4 hours. This acts as a 5th level conjure animals spell   71. Plants in the area rapidly grow becoming difficult terrain to hostile creatures   72. For one minute any non magical metal you touch begins to corrode. Non magical armor loses 1 AC for every round it's held and breaks after 5 rounds. Non magical weapons lose 1 point of damage for every round it's held and breaks after 5 rounds   73. For the next 1d4 +1 days any water you drink turns into sea water. After every long rest your exhaustion level increases by 1   74. Your limbs extend into tentacles increasing your reach by 5 feet   75. You cast Bones of the Earth   76. Your lungs become incompatible and you develop gills for 1d6 rounds. While effect is active you are considered unconscious unless submerged in water   77. You generate a large amount of static electricity. You deal an additional 1d10 lightning damage on your next melee attack   78. A gust of wind launches you 20 feet upwards (2d6 bludgeoning on fall)   79. Every creature within 10 feet of you are affected by the haste spell until the start of your next turn, after which they suffer from lethargy and can’t act on their turn   80. You gain 20 temporary hp   81. 1d4 allies wildshape into bears. This lasts for 1 hour or until hp is reduced to 0 at which point they turn back to their original forms   82. If you die within the next minute you are instantly resurrected with the reincarnation spell   83. Your shadow detaches from your body and becomes a shadow demon under your control until it is destroyed or you take a long rest at which point it reattaches itself to you   84. It begins to literally rain cats and dogs causing any creature not under cover to take 1d6 bludgeoning or slashing damage from having a dog or cat fall on them   85. You enter the ethereal plane but other creatures can still see you as a ghost   86. All magic items within 60 feet begin to glow   87. You become very magnetic all creatures within a 30 foot radius of you must make a DC 15 strength check or lose their weapon as it flies towards you dealing 1d6 damage for each weapon   88. You and your target cast blur   89. You emanate an aura of fear, all creatures within 20 feet make a wisdom save against your spell DC or be frightened of you   90. Every medium or smaller creature within 30 feet are pulled 10 feet closer   91. Your melee attacks deal an additional d6 of fire damage   92. You cast fire shield on yourself   93. You cast slow on yourself   94. Flammable oil surrounds 10 feet around you. When lit creatures that start their turn in the fire take 2d6 fire damage. The oil is consumed after 3 rounds   95. Cast darkness centered on yourself   96. Cast daylight centered on yourself   97. A non harmful tornado forms under you lifting you 30 feet in the air. Mimics casting the levitate spell   98. A golden light shines on you from above, anyone in a 20 foot radius to you receives double healing for the next minute   99. Shadows envelop around your body you have advantage on stealth checks and enemies have disadvantage on perception checks to notice you   100. All uses of wildshape regenerate
