Public Agenda
One of the only factions directly-related to a deity, the Vale of the Vell is a cult of sorts located in the highest-elevation area of the city, The Agam Vale. While Curiosity of the Swarm may be the faction associated with magic and arcane arts, the Vale of the Vell is created of those wishing to learn Divination, as the school is not considered an accepted magic. Following the words of The Mask, the faction acts to decipher fate, attempt to peer into other worlds, and to feebly try to understand existence itself. They are isolated in some sense, but many come to the faction for guidance, as many in the group choose to act as counselors or therapists.
History
There are many known origins for the group, but the most well-known is that the idea for such a group came from a dream.
