The Sneak's Bullseye

"Here, you'll either find the open arms of a woman, or the business end of a 12-gauge." - S.   "Do you speak from experience?" - E.

Purpose / Function

Owned by Penelope and Caspian Frisk, the Sneak's Bullseye acts a veritable home to mystics and vagrants alike. Located in a more densely populated area of the Green District, the bar acts a restaurant, an inn, and a community gathering house. Coin -and more - freely exchange hands, and Penny herself ensures no guest is left with an empty glass.

Alterations

While the Sneak's Bullseye itself is rather small, the surrounding buildings have been long abandoned. Since then, it's become customary by either Penelope or Cap, her husband, to tear down the walls and just expand as they see fit.   To the west of the bar, they've torn down the wall to an abandoned stage house. Upstairs, they've begun tearing walls down to expand into the eastward brick apartments that were left vacant due to a corrupt landlord's arrest.

Architecture

The building is built of brick with no windows on the lower floor. The entrance is down a set of mossy stairs, looking as though going to a cellar. Only a small metal sign illuminated by a single pinpoint lamp indicates the building's presence. Within, massive wooden arches hold the ceiling and, on them, dozens upon dozens of Dust Lamps fill the rooms with light.

History

The Sneak's Bullseye was originally built as a money laundering location, owned by Penelope Frisk's father, Benjamin Frisk.   When he passed away, the building and the business were inherited by Penelope alone, who had wanted to run the bar legitimately. After some aid from a local gang, the money laundering ties were cut and the Sneak's Bullseye became a legitimate bar and tavern, albeit with a tendency to aid the more unsavory folk of the Green District.
