"I cannot believe there is a faction called Factionless. How did they beat out the minor factions?" "I guess some people don't want to be labeled."

Public Agenda

Ironically composing a faction, the Factionless are those who refuse to abide by the system and believe it is intrinsically against the rhetoric of the city. They believe the idea of factions owning land or having to be beholden to a faction to be outrageous. However, as required by the city, they must compose a faction to be able to put forth this to the counsel. Sadly, this has made the group a bit of a laughing stock.
