Public Agenda

Commonly shortened to A.R.R.C., the company is an organization funded through the city in order to research the tombs and ruins surrounding it, alongside restoring and preserving that which is within the city itself, as to keep history alive.

History

Their origin is also tied to The Atlas, but later in the history of the city. After a single brick fell from the roof where The Atlas resides in, it was immediately created to prevent such things from ever happening again.
