Public Agenda

Represents a coalition of privately owned and funded “police” forces that cover the city. While the constructs technically act as enforcers to some extent, there is a need for privately owned police and military due to the size of the city and the understandings of laws, i.e., the enforcers provided by The Atlas may not always adhere to the laws created by the city itself. Thus, there is a need for private police forces, which group together as the 101st Dustborne Elite.

History

The faction was created after a controversial court hearing where an individual was arrested in one area of the city for crimes done in another, creating the need for a court system and police system across the city that can effectively communicate together.
