The start of the Harf war

Quest type: Infiltration
A declaration of war from Andor has been delivered to King Raja Penggaris with a confusing message stating that they had caught wind of Harf's plan to annex Andor when they were weakened due to their war with Ochia. Because of this the king suspects one of his holds has betrayed him and has started working in the shadows. The only nobelmen who'd have the ability to do something like this would be Kutol, Depdon, and Phadon.
The king asks the party to infiltrate the castle in Phadon to see if they can find any information regarding their involvement. The king will investigate Depdon using their own facilities. The king theorises that the noblemen in Phadon might be interested in Andor as it is a country mostly contained within a massive forest and Phadon itself is in a swamp. The king warns the party that they should exercise stealth in their infiltration as if the news about the king mistrusting his nobles would go public, there could be massive consequences.
At the highest floor in the castle the party finds documents meant to be sent to Kutol regarding the declaration of war and their confusion thereof. As the nobles in Phadon also were confused at the declaration.
Upon returning to Kutol the king thanks them for their services and asks them to start A weapon for war.
