Some rare individuals with Radioactive blood vampirism have the ability to not target themselves with their own magic, which usually requires the caster to be a target in the spell along with the intended target. This enables these creatures to be very aggressive with magic since they don't have to suffer the same consequences for their actions, but it also makes them much less useful with utility spells and health spells.
