Radioactive blood vampirism

The large mosquito's of Boscage 4 cause vampirism in mammalian and reptilian hosts 1% of the time, requiring the new vampire to absorb radioactive blood to live, or wither away slowly. These "vampires" are much stronger and dexterous, gaining a +4 to each, and have great charisma to fool their prey, gaining a +8. These radioactive blood vampires can be great assets to the community if radioactive exposure is frequent, since the vampires are able to clean the blood slowly, but need a steady supply to avoid frenzy.
