Zagmar

Zagmar was the Demon of Lust, summoned by and contracted to the agent of Lust starting in the mid-1700s. Zagmar had influence over William Crawford. The agents of Lust were Lily, Loralei, and Madge in the 60s.   Zagmar had a tempestuous relationship with Valgurok. They are constantly butting heads. When passion turns to wrath, there is an overlap in territory. The two often go hand in hand, but that doesn't mean they're happy about it. Lust also thinks they should be in charge, and Wrath wants to take over everything in a bloody war. No one agrees on anything.   Zagmar's goal on this plane was to warp and distort people's true perceptions of love and make them desperate, controlling, and selfish. People under the control of the Demon of Lust develop destructive relationships and toxic behavior.   Rewritten Bible passage or some token of lost innocence   The agent of Zagmar keeps a page from the Bible with them. It is from 1 Corinthians 13. The words are scratched out, and new words are written over the top. The original passage is:   4 Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. 5 It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. 6 It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. 7 Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening].   And the rewritten passage is:   4 Lust is impatient, lust is unkind and thoughtless, and is jealous and envious; lust is boastful and arrogant. 5 It is rude; it is self-seeking, it is provoked [overly sensitive and easily angered]; it takes into account a wrong endured. 6 It rejoices at injustice, and recoils from the truth [when right and truth prevail]. 7 Lust cannot bear hard times [regardless of what comes], is always distrustful, has a negative outlook, cannot endure long, and will weaken.   8 Lust always fails.
