Odegia
Odegia is the great land of shadows seen in the Black Marble. You don't see a lot of people here, it feels barren.
Culture
The land in Odegia is a bit shifty, to be honest. From an outsider standpoint, it is perceived as a land full of shadows. A land where you are always accompanied by someone, even if you are alone and don't see anyone near.
History
I don't think I can tell you that dreamlands are built differently here. Once someone in the world gains a concept of it, it becomes a fully-fledged land. The land of Shadow exists when someone finds a shadow.
Demography and Population
The entirety of the Odegia is pure shadows. Their elves have skin like shadows and bodies more diverse than humans. Speaking of, everyone's skin is either dark or pallid in comparison to other Black Marble Denizens and going to one of their comedy clubs would be an ... experience. You can also expect to find some dark-furred Fel folk here lurking in the shadows with the emerald eyes of lizards and the ears of animalistic elves. There is also the Elders and their home. You really can't have an unknown and unspeakable force based on shadows without talking about Elders.
Education
One of the middling schools of thievery is in Odegia, you know. The art of not being seen and tracking someone can be accomplished at Erebus University.
Cosmological Views
Shadows are known to be Black, hence why they are in the Black Cluster of the Black Marble. Black is the land of mystery and intrigue, filled with the depths and curiosity of the masses.
