Kingdom of Kaol

Kaol is an isolationist red martian kingdom situated to the south of the Toonolian Marshes where the vast wetland begins to give way to the Kaolian Forest. Situated on the equator, the expanse of this forest and the kingdom is often underrepresented on projection maps.
Kaol is one of the few red martian nations to eschew travel by airship and instead maintains great roads through the forest along which they use the zitidar for transport.
