Basic Information

Biological Traits

Human appearance, with very subtle snake like features. These can range from venomous fangs, patches of scales on body and silting irises. Another common trait is their slim waistlines that make it easy for them to transform into a serpent like form.

Genetics and Reproduction

This branch of family reproduce sexually. Unlike their pureblood counterpart, they have evolved to carry children to term instead of laying egg clutches. Multi pregnancy is common with this species.

Growth Rate & Stages

At birth they are capable of eating solid foods but also drink milk for nutrition which is unique for a reptilian species. They reach sexual maturity at the age of 15 but are considered adults at the age of 18.

Social Structure

This species is fairly new with the only living person of this race is Nimhe Nathair. It is still unclear if future children of her will remain this species or change into something else.

Facial characteristics

Their facial features remain purely humanoid without any reptilian features. They do however keep their slitted irises but they only show when adjusting to varying light or emotional triggers.
