Shiverby

A large fishing city in the north of Laudia. The population consists mostly of copper miners, fisherman, and poorer folk unable to uproot and leave. The district of Fey flight formed from descendants of many slain in the elven genocide. A large population of Fey has done much to wear away at the deeply ingrained prejudice typically held by Laudians. Cultural mingling finds a place hear unmatched by anywhere else in the empire despite the or perhaps because of the lack of direct governorship.
