Ornixa Mines

The Ornixa Mines were initially controlled by House Voxwood. However after the founding of House Gladier, the latter wanted the stone to build their Goddess Shrines and the Voxwoods, having made large financial losses, sold it to them. To their utmost regret, as not long after selling the mines the Gladiers discovered many semi precious gemstones that made them a lot of wealth. Later for unknown reasons, the Gladiers sold the mines to House Balthanders, citing that it had become too costly to maintain. The Balthanders have continued extensive excavation and the mines extend very deep into the Ornixa Fangs. It was here they made the discovery of flametar, a valuable fuel and fire-source.
