Simo Littera is an Auroran Blackguard Captain who, along with his troops, terrorizes the community of Murann, enforcing the onerous taxes and seemingly raising them at a whim with impunity. When he had one of his guards throw a lit torch through Elenor Chishai's window, the Disaster Dregs sprang into action, fending off the group of guards, though Elenor insisted that they leave the guards alive for fear of intense retribution. It seemed that she was convinced, because of "what happened to Nephalia's Gate," that they would not hesitate to raze the town completely. The party did not ask her to elaborate.
