Phra'an Steelbringer

Phra'an is the shopkeeper of the general store in Val'endia. He looks a lot like an average human, with a chest length brown beard and pointed ears. He is an inspired (though unaccomplished) musician, and spends his free time at Fenric & Sable's Music Shop. He told the Disaster Dregs a rumor that he had heard: that a general store owner in Saltmarsh robbed an Auroran Blackguard payroll caravan traveling through the Hool Marshes in order to get the money to open his store. This rumor has not been confirmed, but would explain Winston's noticeable unease around the guards.
