Hi'lia Zahm is the captain of the southwestern chapter of the Underchasm Patrol. She has reservations about keeping cloakers in their populated city, as they are dangerous creatures, but she trusts Xura to control them. She leads roc-mounted patrols over the canyon. She is the sister of Sison Zahm, innkeeper at The Sleeping Spruce.
